Monmouth Park -- Danger Welcome!

Monmouth Park race track in Oceanport NJ is responsible for pollution in the Branchport Creek and into the Shrewsbury River. The DEP, EPA and local politicians have failed to force the park to correct their horse waste management issues. As you can see, Branchport park in Long Branch NJ, a park paid for with your tax dollars, is glad to welcome children age 2-12. It is also appearantly dangerous.

Contact the Long Branch Health Department and NJ state officials at the DEP and EPA and demand that they act now to correct the source of the pollution. Do not settle for the track being given grants or any other form of YOUR tax dollars. This pollution is because of their mismanagement. If your underground oil tank, or septic system, was to leak and cause pollution in a public waterway like MP has done, you would not be able to afford keeping yourself out of prison and out of bankruptcy, for the damages done.
